Vladco is a company that was once owned by Vlad Masters. Like Fenton Works, it specializes in the manufacture of ghost-related devices. In "Flirting With Disaster", Vladco bought out and took over Axion Labs.

After "Eye for an Eye", it is unknown if anyone took over the company after Vlad became mayor of Amity Park or what happened to the company after Vlad tried to take over the Earth in "Phantom Planet".

Vladco gadgets[]

Cloning machines[]

Vlad uses these machines to create several clones of Danny Phantom, most of which are unstable and fail save for Dani Phantom.

Ecto-acne smoke bomb[]

This device releases a purple smoke that infects its victims with ecto-acne. Vlad used these to infect Sam and Tucker to blackmail Danny to help find a cure for him.

Plasmius Bug[]

Plasmius Bug.

This spy bug is an artificially-intelligent surveillance/spying camera designed in the likeness of Vlad Plasmius. This spy bug is used to monitor and spy on Danny and Team Phantom. It is able to fly and send live information back to Vlad.

In "Infinite Realms", Vlad sends a Plasmius Bug to hide in Sam's backpack and track her, Danny, and Tucker's location throughout the Ghost Zone after he sees that Danny has the Infi-Map. Tucker later threw it back at Vlad and recalibrated his PDA to allow them to follow the Bug anywhere.

In "D-Stabilized", a Plasmius Bug picks up on Dani's location in Elmerton and alerts Vlad to her arrival.

Plasmius Maximus[]

S01e17 Plasmius Maximus

Plasmius Maximus.

A small, handheld device. It is made of a silver metal and has a handle connected to a small, square section with a screen on it with green lines against a black background. Coming out the front of it are two glowing green prongs used to shock the target on contact and completely short-circuits/nullifies ghost powers for three hours. When shocked by it, Danny and Vlad cannot transform into their ghost halves or use any ghost powers for the duration of its effects.

In "Maternal Instinct", Vlad uses the Plasmius Maximus on Danny in his Colorado chalet, effectively taking away his ghost powers for three hours until midnight. Vlad then sends his experimental "pets" to chase a human Danny through the woods. Later, at the end of the episode, Danny uses the device on Vlad after he claims that he is still more powerful than his pets even with the Specter Deflector on. This takes away Vlad's ghost powers, and Danny sends his pets after him, much like he did earlier to Danny.

Plasmius Portal[]

Plasmius Portal.

These ghost portals allow Vlad access to the Ghost Zone. The Portal first exploded in The Million Dollar Ghost when Vlad forgot to change the ecto-filtrator. The Plasmius Portal allows Vlad to summon or banish other ghost into the Ghost Zone. Another one is seen at a portrait in Vlad mansion in Livin' Large.

Spectral Energy Neutralizer[]

Designed by Skulker, paid for by me. And as long as you're contained within that box, you're as human as your idiot father.

–Vlad to Danny, "Bitter Reunions"

The spectral energy neutralizer is a containment device designed and built by Skulker with funding by Vlad Plasmius. This device nullifies the ghost powers of anyone trapped within it.

It first appears as a black cube with glowing green circuit patterns all over it. When not in use, it becomes small. When activated, it enlarges and encases the target, leaving a hole at the top for the target's head, which is left vulnerable. On the side, there is a button that says "open" with a picture of a skull on it. Pushing this button deactivates the cube, returning it to its inert state and freeing the target.

In "Bitter Reunions", Skulker uses the device to trap Danny, who is in Vlad's private lab at Vlad's request. The device shocks Danny, draining his powers and causing him to transform back into his human form. Danny attempts to transform back into his ghost form, but the device renders him powerless. Later, in "Kindred Spirits", Vlad traps Danny in the spectral energy neutralizer at his Colorado chalet.

The hovercraft is a vehicle that allows Vlad to fly over the streets of Amity Park.

Vladco satellite[]

S03M04 Danny in space

Vladco satellite.

The satellite serves as a base in space for Vlad to remotely collect ecto-ranium. It was destroyed in the beginning of Phantom Planet when Vlad and Danny were battling over the In-fi map. The reason it was destroyed is because Vlad hit one of the fuel depo which can cause the entire satellite to explode sending the Disastroid to earth.
